Welcome to Hughenden Valley Village Hall.

This form is for clubs, classes, organisations and groups wishing to hire the Hall on a regular or recurring basis.

Please select your preferred hall, dates and times, ensuring that sufficient time is included for setting up and clearing away.

If your bookings follow school term dates or you have any planned breaks, please provide details so these can be reflected in the booking calendar.

Regular hirers are invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.

All bookings are subject to availability, approval and our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
